Our buffet concept exactly meets the requirements of a “next-level hospitality.” The food is presented as “grab and go” or served directly at the live stations. That isn’t just quicker and looks fantastic: it ensures compliance with hygiene regulations. A restaurant feeling which begins right at the buffet.
On the first floor of the Business Lounge delicious breads with regional ingredients do their rounds as a highlight on two buffets. But breakfast snacks, small hors d’oeuvres, cakes or desserts can also be presented on the “Stullenband”. For you and your guests the watchword here is just “take your pick.”

In our re-equipped production kitchen we prepare all food daily on the spot. In charge of it all is an experienced team surrounding chef Thomas Jaschob, who has already cooked at the Alte Oper and the Berlin Adlon.
Our ADLER cuisine focuses clearly on regional dishes. These are supplemented by European classics, a trip through the nations true to the “heart of Europe”, plus further specialities to suit our guests’ individual wishes.
