All prices are stated exclusive of statutory VAT. We shall hold ourselves bound to the stated (net) prices until 31 December 2022. We reserve any price increases resulting from changes to general economic conditions and rises in VAT.
Unless stated otherwise, all-inclusive drink prices are offered for a maximum of 5 hours as an accompaniment to your event. Drinks dispensed subsequently will be charged by the amount consumed.
VIP box bookings must be submitted in writing at least 3 working days prior to the beginning of the event. In the case of orders at short notice (less than 3 working days) we reserve the right, following an internal check on the general situation, to make an express surcharge. Likewise it must be expected that changes may be made to the range of food ordered.
May we please ask you to note the minimum order volumes.
Our staff will be available for the scheduled duration of your event and with a minimum deployment time of 4 hours. Should the time of the event as originally calculated be extended, or should other changes to the running of the event take place, a charge will be made for the additional hours incurred.
Our offer will be non-binding, subject to change, and must be treated in strict confidence by the recipient. Every change to offer sent in the conception stage constitutes a new legally binding basis of contract. The contents of preceding offers shall cease to be valid.
When submitting an order, an advance payment of 80% of the estimated gross order total shall be due. Unless stated otherwise on the invoice, this must be settled 2 weeks prior to the start of the event.
For catering in boxes up to a maximum of 50 persons we require 5 days, in the case of special events of 51 persons or more we require the exact number of persons 10 days prior to start of event; this is the basis of our billing. Should the number of guests be changed, we reserve the right to re-calculate the prices.
The General Terms & Conditions of Business of SUPREME SPORTS HOSPITALITY FFM GMBH shall form the basis of contract.
